Hi All!Just wanted to take some time to get on here before the end of the year to sum up the roller coaster of 2021 and give thanks to everyone along the way. In 2021 I listed +60 properties in Skagit, Watcom, and Island Counties. In the midst of COVID-19 there was one big "?" over how the real estate market would hold up; as 2020 proved to be a hot seller's market. Without fail, my team and I stayed as busy as ever - and I owe it to all of my amazing clients that trusted me throughout the entire home buying or selling process. Finger's crossed that the market remains just as active heading into 2022. This was a hectic time for all of the buyer's I've grown so close with.
Their patience and determination has not gone unnoticed, but the buyer fatigue is slowing setting in. Many are still looking for that perfect home and competing in bidding wars every week! Again, their trust in me and this process has allowed me to do what I love everyday - and for that I am beyond grateful.
The team has expanded this year by 1 more, my daughter Audrey. She has taken the reigns on all things online for me; instagram and facebook marketing, print marketing, and everything else I struggle to find the time to manage on my own. I feel so blessed to have found the perfect fit to help out wherever and whenever I need it.
This wonderful addition has allowed me to really change the way we function as a business. The listing process has been streamlined for maximum productivity, profit for clients, and boosted my ability to really work for my clients. This tightening of customer service has enabled my team and I to buy properties differently in the past; again maximizing efficiency for buyers so they are able to buy properties differently than previous years. It is so exciting see the business thrive in new ways and the excitement that it brings the clients I work with - so thank you everyone!
