Anacortes Neighborhoods

Considered to be one of the most sought after and most desirable neighborhoods in Anacortes, Cap Sante is near Old Town and close to downtown. Once referred to as The Portage, Cap Sante is a "finger" of the island of Fidalgo that is prized for its luxury waterfront homes.
