Digital Millennium Copyright Act Notice Policy

We respect the intellectual property rights of others. The Digital Millennium Copyright Act (the "DMCA") provides recourse for copyright owners who believe that material appearing on the Internet infringes their rights under U.S. copyright law.   4. A statement that the person sending the notice has a good faith belief that use of the content in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; 
  5. A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the person sending the notice is authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner; and
  6. A signature (physical or electronic) of the copyright owner or an authorized agent.
